Proposed Chair (incl. Vice or Co Chairs) *Please list the expected leadership. They should be an ISBER member in good standing.
Proposed Initial Members *Please indicate members that have expressed interest in joining the group, if any. They should be composed of ISBER members who have appropriate expertise and experience in the subject area.
Meetings and Communications *Please indicate how often you expect to meet and what tools may be needed to support the group. ISBER provides international teleconference line support.
Expectations from ISBER *By submitting this request, you agree to report 2x per year on Working Group progress to the ISBER Board of Directors (November and May of each year). Documents, position papers, publications or other tools developed by ISBER Working Groups are expected to follow ISBER’s guidelines for publication and contain appropriate acknowledgement of ISBER, including reference to ISBER in the title if appropriate. ISBER should be considered as the “owner” of documents, position papers, publications or other tools developed by ISBER Working Groups. Please see the Guidelines for ISBER Working Groups for additional information.	I understand and agree to these expectations.
