ISBER is proud to announce a higher impact factor numberfor its official journal, Biopreservation and Biobanking (BIO). BIO's Editor-in-Chief, Jim Vaught, noted the new BIO impact factor (yearly average number of citations) is 1.804, an increase of 35 percent from the previous year's impact factor of 1.340. This year’s impact factor reflects papers published in 2013-2014 that were cited in calendar year 2015.
