Meeting Registration

Pre-registration has CLOSED. Onsite Registration will be accepted, based on availability, at the ISBER Registration Desk, which is located in the Bayshore Ballroom Foyer (Level One). ISBER Staff will gladly assist you during the following hours:

Technician Rate: Technicians are defined as non-supervisors involved in the inventory, processing, and maintenance of specimens in the lab. ISBER recognizes that technicians may not have the budgetary means to attend the ISBER Annual meeting, but identify the important role they play in biorepository operations. ISBER is pleased to offer a discounted rate to technicians. Please download and submit the Technician Verification Form at the same time you register for the meeting.

Deadlines: Registration is available online at www.isber.org/2012, by mail, or by fax to 301-634-7990 through May 1, 2012. After May 1, 2012, only on-site registration will be available. Early (reduced) registration rates are available through March 5, 2012. The registration list for the Meeting Program will be processed on March 31st. Attendees who register after this date will NOT be listed in the meeting program.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by written notification through April 1st, 2012 will receive a refund (less a $100 processing fee). No refunds available after April 1st, 2012.
