Organizational Membership and Benefits

Organizational Members are organizations and vendors from government, academia, and industry that manage repositories and provide services and products for specimen collection and repository management. Organizational members designate one Official Delegate to represent the organization/company as well as Alternate Delegates as follows:

Small Organization (< 11 Employees)
•	Designate one (1) Alternate Delegate
•	2012 Annual Dues: $414
Medium Organization (11-50 Employees)
•	Designate up to three (3) Alternates Delegates
•	2012 Annual Dues: $788
Large Organization (> 50 Employees)
•	Designate up to five (5) Alternates Delegates
•	2012 Annual Dues:$ 1,437

Member Benefits:

•	Official Delegates and all Alternate Delegates receive access to the ISBER Members-only listserv. Additional company employees can be added to the ISBER Member Listserv for an additional fee of $90.00/year.
•	ISBER MarketPlace - Members can choose to have descriptions of their products and services, logo, links, and their company contact information listed.
•	Discounted exhibit space at the ISBER Annual Meeting
•	Online subscription to Biopreservation and Biobanking (BIO), the official journal of the Society (Official Delegates only. - Official Delegates may choose to upgrade to the Print/Online subscription of BIO)
•	Alternate Delegates and employees of Organizational Members may subscribe to BIO at a reduced rate.
•	Periodic ISBER newsletters published online at www.isber.org
•	Opportunity to advertise in the ISBER Newsletter at a discounted rate
•	Reduced registration for Society meetings for Delegates, Alternate Delegates, and employees of Organizational Members
•	Organizational Members receive one vote, to be cast by the Official Delegate. (The vote of the Official Delegate shall count as two votes.)
•	Official Delegates and Alternate Delegates are eligible to hold office on the ISBER Council.
•	ISBER provides a perfect forum for organizations and companies to reach their target/niche audience. Through links and announcements on the ISBER website, ads, peer-reviewed articles in Biopreservation and Biobanking, and exhibits at the annual meetings, members can interact directly and showcase their products very cost-effectively with the repository community.
•	Contribute to planning the annual meetings and exhibits
•	Communicate directly with the ISBER Council

•	Official Delegates and Alternate Delegates are ISBER Affiliate Members of the American Society for Investigative Pathology (ASIP).
