NEW! 50% Discount for Low and Middle Income Countries
Delegates in countries identified by the World Bank as Low and Middle Income Countries are eligible for a 50% discount for Member or Non-Member registration. If you are eligible for this rate, select “Bill Me” during the registration process, then contact info@isber.org to complete your registration and receive the 50% discount (13% HST still applies).
Visa letter requests
To request a formal ISBER 2017 Annual Meeting and Exhibits invitation letter for use in a visa application, click here. To check whether you need a visa to enter Canada, click here.
Cancellation Policy:
A $75 USD administrative fee will be applied to any cancellations. The last day to cancel your registration and receive a refund (minus the $75 cancellation fee) is March 8, 2017. All registration are final after this deadline and the registrant will be charged the full price of registration.
For Government Employee:
Government employees awaiting confirmation of funding for the ISBER 2017 Annual Meeting and Exhibits to be approved are encouraged to register on or before March 8, 2017 to take advantage of the Early Bird Rate. Please select the “Bill Me” option when completing your registration and make your payment once funding has been approved. If funding is not approved, registration may be cancelled. Cancellation of registration for these purposes will be exempt from the US$75 cancellation fee.
Please note: government employees must cancel their registration by April 24, 2017. All registration are final after this deadline and the registrant will be charged the full price of registration.
